Enquiries and feedback

The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message using the name, topic, optional email address and message you enter. The website does not save form submissions to an application database. When you continue, WhatsApp opens with the drafted message. You decide whether to send it.

Information you send by WhatsApp or email is received through those services and is used to respond to your enquiry. Do not include sensitive personal details in an initial enquiry.

External services

Student login and learning use our external learning platform. App downloads open Google Play or Apple’s App Store. Public channel links open YouTube. These external services have their own privacy practices and terms. This website does not collect payment-card details or process course payments.

Hosting and traffic information

The website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. The hosting platform may process information needed to serve and secure the site and provide traffic analytics. This site does not add a separate advertising tracker or third-party analytics script. Fonts and images are served as local site assets.

Language choice

Your language choice is saved in this browser so the homepage can remember it. This does not require an account or access to your location.

Organisation code and device routing

App-download buttons use browser-provided device information locally to choose the Android or iPhone app store and show the matching phone instructions. This implementation does not send that device information to a separate application database. Copying the academy code uses your browser’s clipboard feature.

Questions and updates

Contact the academy if you have a question about information you have sent to the team. This page will be updated if the website’s features or handling of visitor information change.
